• Just came across this great little piece that defines the internet and like concepts in an easy to understand way. If you don't have a good grasp on how it works and would like to know without brain-strain, this is the place. #
• Do you like to stay in nice hotels that aren't part of a chain? But perhaps you don't because there are no rewards points. Now a former Expedia exec has created an awards program for smaller boutique hotels. The Lenox in Boston, Little Palm Island in the Keys, and Sunset Marquis in L.A. are just a few of the hotels in the group. If you'd like to sign up, it's free and I'll give you 500 points to start. #

• It's never fun to ifre someone, but there are times when it is necessary. To avoid legal problems check out this HR Firing Guide at Inc. magazine. #
• Did you know that you could put a UPS or FEDEX tracking number into a Google search box and it will track your parcel. Much easier than going to the delivery service website. #
• Here is a great way to become more productive. Your 'To-Do' list is too clogged with things that won't get done so you don't use it anymore. Cut through the clutter by looking at the list at the end of every day. Put a dollar sign next to those items that will produce money in the next few weeks. No put a star next to those items that will help your customers immediately. Do the signed and checked items. Ignore the rest. Voila, more productivity. More money, happier customers. #
